At Remembered Occasions, we see ourselves as the guardian of your memories.

We’re not an ordinary event planning & organisation company. We have logistical and theatrical expertise – and this means that if you’re looking for something a bit (or a lot!) different, then we can make that happen for you.

When it comes to parties and event planning, we don’t have standard packages, as our service and offering is completely bespoke and tailored to your exact needs and wishes.

We specialise in tipi, marquee and outdoor parties & events, but can also apply our creative vision and organisational skills to any venue. We can transform a space from nothing into something spectacular.

How it works

1. The Consultation

Where possible, we always like to have an in-person consultation with you.

We take the time to really get to know and understand your wants/needs/dreams, and then we develop them to create your perfect event.

2. The Costings

In our initial consultation, you’ll give us your budget to work with us. We’ll go away and ensure that we can fulfil your wishes within that budget, and then come back to you with a full list of costings.

3. The Planning

This is where it gets exciting! We’ll pull together a detailed plan for your wedding with the scope of work agreed. You’ll get a breakdown of the timeline and touchpoints along the way to the big event!
