Contact all confirmed suppliers and introduce myself, finalising any last-minute details and ensuring everything is as you’ve agreed
Confirmation with all contracted suppliers one week before your wedding
Coordination of the styling and set up of the venue on the day
Coordination of all suppliers on the day
Coordination of all other aspects of the wedding throughout the day, ensuring things run smoothly and on time
Managing any unexpected occurrences on the day, to ensure that the experience of the bride, groom and all guests remains unaffected
