There’s a lot of pressure when it comes to planning a wedding – and this can sometimes become stressful or create feelings of overwhelm! There are so many different elements to think about, and the ‘to-do’ list can seem never-ending. Not to mention you’ll be juggling organising a large event on top of everything else you usually do.
We don’t take over, we just take care of the things that are a little more time-consuming and mundane, and assist you to do the parts that are fun, exciting and memorable!
It’s our job to ensure that your day is set up exactly how you wish it to be, so you’re free to spend quality time creating special memories with your family and friends without worrying about a single logistical element.
We specialise in tipi, marquee and outdoor weddings, but we also organise civil and LBGT ceremonies and can also apply our creative vision and organisational skills to any venue.

An Event Coordinator is a very different role to Wedding Planner.
While there may be some overlap between your wedding planner and the venue event coordinator, having both these two professionals working together can make a huge difference not just to your day, but also to your experience leading up your wedding.
Depending on the venue, it’s likely that the venue event coordinator will be running multiple events and clients, and will focus specifically on venue related matters, whereas your wedding planner will only have one focus – and that’s you!
We offer full or partial planning services, plus on the day coordination. Please see above for more details.

It’s wonderful when you have friends and family that want to help, and we understand how important it is to have them involved in your special day.
We also understand how important it is that your day reflects you and your partner – not what everyone else wants for the occasion!
A wedding planner can act as a neutral party and help coordinate the team. Hiring a planner also means that at the wedding, your family and friends can enjoy the day – and you won’t have to worry about ensuring everything you want to happen gets done.
We only take a limited number of weddings/celebrations per year, and we will only book one wedding or event per day to ensure you get all our focus and the attention you need.
The plan for your wedding will be unique for your occasion and what is required.
Usually, your personal planner plus an assistant will be in attendance for the majority of the day, but, again, this will depend upon what you want and what your day needs.
All planners and assistants will be smartly, appropriately and professionally dressed.
We are a member of UKAWP, and we adhere to their Code of Conduct which states that we must pass discounts and/or commission onto clients.
